About Watchgrid
by RuxiiWatchgrid™Watchgrid is Ruxii’s security & uptime monitoring platform for internal products and client applications. This page explains what Watchgrid does, how access works, and summarizes our policies.
What Watchgrid Does
- Continuously checks application health (HTTP, latency, expected status codes).
- Tracks p95 latencies and recent uptime to surface trends at a glance.
- Raises alerts and tickets when something degrades or fails.
- Centralizes visibility across environments (prod, staging, dev, etc.).
Note: Some features depend on organization configuration (checks, alerting policies, integrations) and may vary by environment.
Access & Accounts
No self-signup. Access to Watchgrid is provisioned by a system administrator. If you need access, please contact your organization’s admin or support@ruxii.ca.
- Organization-scoped data: you only see apps you have rights to.
- Role-based permissions: membership controls what you can view/manage.
- SSO / identity is managed by the organization (where enabled).
