About Watchgrid

by RuxiiWatchgrid™

Watchgrid is Ruxii’s security & uptime monitoring platform for internal products and client applications. This page explains what Watchgrid does, how access works, and summarizes our policies.

What Watchgrid Does

  • Continuously checks application health (HTTP, latency, expected status codes).
  • Tracks p95 latencies and recent uptime to surface trends at a glance.
  • Raises alerts and tickets when something degrades or fails.
  • Centralizes visibility across environments (prod, staging, dev, etc.).

Note: Some features depend on organization configuration (checks, alerting policies, integrations) and may vary by environment.

Access & Accounts

No self-signup. Access to Watchgrid is provisioned by a system administrator. If you need access, please contact your organization’s admin or support@ruxii.ca.

  • Organization-scoped data: you only see apps you have rights to.
  • Role-based permissions: membership controls what you can view/manage.
  • SSO / identity is managed by the organization (where enabled).

Ownership & Trademark

Watchgrid is owned by Ruxii. “Watchgrid” and related marks are trademarks of Ruxii. All rights reserved.

Policies

The summaries below highlight key points. For full terms applicable to your organization, contact your Ruxii representative.

Acceptable Use
  • Use Watchgrid only for authorized business and client monitoring.
  • No scraping, abusive traffic generation, or attempts to bypass controls.
  • Do not upload secrets, credentials, or unrelated personal data.
Access Control & Provisioning
  • Accounts are created and revoked by system administrators.
  • Memberships are scoped to organizations and roles (least privilege).
  • SSO and MFA may be required by your organization’s policy.
Privacy

Watchgrid processes metadata necessary for monitoring (e.g., endpoints, status codes, timings) and basic user data for authentication/authorization. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Data use is limited to operating and improving the service.

Security
  • Encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive secrets are stored in env stores.
  • Row-level security and organization scoping for data separation.
  • Audit logs are maintained for critical actions where enabled.
Data Retention
  • Operational metrics and check results are retained for troubleshooting and trend analysis according to org settings.
  • Accounts and access are removed promptly upon de-provisioning.
  • Backups follow platform defaults and organizational policy.
Incident Response
  • 24×7 monitoring of platform health and error budgets.
  • Severity-based escalation; affected customers notified per incident policy.
  • Post-incident reviews drive corrective actions and improvements.
Uptime & Monitoring

Platform availability targets are monitored continuously. Watchgrid itself uses health checks and alerting—dogfooding our approach to monitoring.

Compliance & Subprocessors

Watchgrid is hosted on reputable infrastructure providers. Where required, a list of subprocessors and compliance attestations (e.g., data location, access controls) can be provided under NDA to customers.

Responsible Disclosure

Found a security issue? Please email security@ruxii.ca with details. Do not publicly disclose before we’ve had a chance to triage and remediate. We appreciate coordinated disclosure.

Terms of Use

Use of Watchgrid is governed by the master agreement and any applicable order forms between your organization and Ruxii. Where conflicts exist, the executed agreement controls.
